Every judgement we publish tells you how sure we are.
Geneva Analytics Hub is an independent research house for boards, investment committees and treaty-based organisations that must commit capital or policy before the political facts settle.
[Subject state] will adopt [measure] before [date], and enforcement will begin within two quarters.
This is the shape of everything we issue. The grade, the sourcing tier, the falsifier and any dissent travel with the judgement, so a reader can audit it and score it later.
Most geopolitical analysis tells you what happened. Almost none of it tells you how sure it is.
Decision-makers are handed narratives with no visible seam between what is documented, what is inferred and what is guessed. When a call turns out badly, nobody can reconstruct which part failed.
We publish the seam. Every judgement carries a stated confidence level, the class of sourcing behind it, and the specific evidence that would change our mind.
It also makes us accountable. A graded assessment can be scored after the fact. That is the point.
No client, shareholder or partner sees a finding before it is final, and none of them can change one.
An analytical firm is worth exactly what its independence is worth. Ours is protected structurally, not by assertion.
- Editorial control sits with the Chief Research Officer and cannot be exercised by shareholders.
- An independent non-executive director with a compliance and audit background sits on the board.
- Any interest bearing on a published judgement is disclosed in the product itself.
- Revenue concentration is capped and reported annually.
Proximity
More than forty international organisations, permanent missions and treaty secretariats in one canton, which is where the rules we analyse are written.
Neutral ground
A jurisdiction our clients can retain regardless of where they stand on the questions we cover.
Confidentiality
Swiss business-secrecy law and the FADP give client work a durable protective framework.
Depth of market
International law, multilateral practice, commodity trading and private banking talent in one labour market.
Tell us the decision you are facing, not the report you think you need.
We will say plainly whether it is a question we can answer well, what it would take and when you would have it. If it is outside our competence we will say so.
